Pros: sturdy, small, light, offers a useful range of illumination, and for us, the ability to light up the kitchen in order to cook a meal. Cons: price, but only if it fails to continue delivering over the next ten years. We’re pretty happy with the device so far as a functional tool for a property out in the woops. We’d definitely take it camping, where it would be – on ‘high’ setting – overkill.

This is a tough lantern that gives off excellent light at different levels. It is compact and perfect for our camping. We have tried others and so far this one is by far the best. Having replaceable batteries is also a big plus in the long run.
