The S01 basic spoon carving set from Beaver Craft, includes a small whittling knife with a 60mm blade, and a right-handed spoon carving hook knife. The whittling knife is used to give shape to the spoon, then the hook knife is used to cut out the spoon, and smooth out the wood. The Beaver Craft wood carving tools for cutting wooden spoons are made from durable high-carbon steel and well-sharpened, which allows you to cut soft and hardwood. The handles are ergonomic, made from Ashwood and covered with linseed oil. A leather strop with the green/grey polishing compound are included to help you to keep the blades razor-sharp.
